By purchasing a session, you are reserving professional diagnostic time with a certified RV technician. This policy outlines when refunds may and may not be issued.

If you do not receive meaningful diagnostic guidance, actionable next steps, or professional effort during your scheduled session, we will review the situation and issue a refund when appropriate.
Our goal is clarity and professional support, not unnecessary billing.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
A technical failure prevents the session from taking place and we are unable to reschedule
The technician fails to attend the scheduled session
The session ends prematurely due to a platform or connectivity issue on our side
The service provided does not meet reasonable professional standards upon review
If an issue is on us, your refund will be automatically sent to the card or account you paid with in 7-10 business days. If you wish to request a refund, requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled session to RVHelpHotline@gmail.com
Each case is reviewed individually.
Non-Refundable Situations
Because this service involves reserved professional time, refunds are not issued in the following cases:
Customer no-shows or late arrivals beyond 10 minutes
Customer connectivity issues that prevent session completion
Completed sessions where diagnostic guidance was provided
Situations where repair outcomes differ from expectations
Issues requiring in-person repair after remote diagnostics
RV Help Hotline provides professional guidance and diagnostic support. We do not guarantee specific repair outcomes or mechanical results.
Satisfaction Review Process
If you believe your session did not deliver value, contact us within 48 hours at RVHelpHotline@gmail.com.

• Brief description of concern
We review all concerns fairly and professionally. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting RV Help Hotline may result in permanent refusal of future service.
We encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
