1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing services from RV Help Hotline (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase or use our services.
2. Nature of Services
RV Help Hotline provides paid remote troubleshooting, diagnostic guidance, and advisory services for recreational vehicle (RV) systems via scheduled phone or video calls.
We do not:
Perform physical repairs
Dispatch technicians
Guarantee mechanical outcomes
Represent RV manufacturers or warranty providers
All services are advisory in nature.
Customers remain solely responsible for any actions taken based on information provided during sessions.
3. No Guarantee of Results
While we provide professional diagnostic guidance based on experience and available information, we do not guarantee:
Repair success
Part compatibility
Mechanical performance outcomes
Long-term system reliability
RV systems are complex and conditions vary. Remote diagnostics are based solely on information presented during the session.
4. Customer Responsibilities
By booking a session, you agree that:
You will provide accurate information
You will have safe access to your RV
You will follow all safety precautions
You assume responsibility for any repairs performed
You agree not to perform any work you are not qualified or comfortable performing.
We are not responsible for injuries, property damage, or further mechanical issues resulting from customer-performed repairs.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice.
No-shows or late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
5. Payment Terms
All sessions are prepaid at the time of booking.
Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors ( Stripe Inc.).
By completing payment, you agree to the session length selected and the associated fee.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Odyssey USA LLC d.b.a. RV Help Hotline shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Property damage
Personal injury
Loss of income
Repair costs
Part replacement costs
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the session in question.
7. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy page.
Completed sessions in which diagnostic guidance was provided are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be issued in cases of technical failure, scheduling error, or failure to provide reasonable professional effort.
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the session.
9. No Professional Engineering or Manufacturer Affiliation
RV Help Hotline is an independent advisory service.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any RV manufacturer, parts supplier, or brand unless explicitly stated.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from use of this service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
Customers agree to attempt informal resolution prior to initiating legal action.
10. Intellectual Property
All original content on this website - including text, branding elements, logos, graphics, service descriptions, and proprietary materials - is the property of RV Help Hotline and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Certain images and media displayed on this website may be licensed or sourced from third-party providers and remain the property of their respective creators. Use of such materials is subject to the applicable license terms.
Unauthorized use of website content may violate intellectual property laws.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
